Usually in the About Us page, you explain what your business is about. You usually also want to tell your customers a little about yourself as well. Tell them why you started your business, and a bit of the history behind it. You want people to identify with what you are doing, and what you are trying to do. That way you aren't just any business in your customers eyes, but rather you are a friend. You are more likely to have more return customers when they see some sort of character in your business. This of course is the most important thing you want to do when you are starting and running a business. You absolutely need to know the importance of getting your customers return dollars, and make sure that your customer service is absolutely superb.
