Now we are looking at a "Contact Us" page. You use this page to communicate your working hours to your customers. They now know how they can get a hold of you whenever they need to. You can either leave your fax or phone number. Or perhaps even your cell phone number so that they know how to call you when they need to. They can also just send you an email using the form on your website. You never want to post your email address directly on your site because others can use bots to crawl your website and steal your email address. They then start emailing you without your consent. SO the webform is used to hide your email address from these bots so that you never get caught like that again. Just keep in mind that you want to keep your contact information very up to date. After all, what good is leaving your phone number on there, if it is the wrong one. You want to put an up to date one up there so that you don't lose any business from customers that want to call you but can't get through.
